Make business information consistent
Use the real business name, service area, categories, and contact details consistently across your website and relevant listings. For Google Business Profile, follow eligibility and address rules; do not invent a storefront or add keywords to a name that the business does not use. Keep hours and service information accurate as the operation changes.
Publish pages that answer real questions
Describe the services you actually provide, the situations they address, and the areas you serve. Use clear headings and internal links so visitors and crawlers can find related information. Original examples and specific explanations are more useful than dozens of near-identical city pages. Include factual experience only when it can be represented accurately.
Treat technical SEO as a foundation
Check that public pages load reliably, can be crawled, and have unique titles and descriptions. Use self-referencing canonical links, an accurate sitemap after the public domain is established, and appropriate structured data. Verify ownership in Google Search Console and inspect the actual indexing status. A technically valid page is not proof that Google has indexed or ranked it.
Measure discovery without promising AI recommendations
AI search systems use changing sources and retrieval methods. Clear, accessible, factual content can support discoverability, but no consultant can guarantee inclusion in a specific answer. Track identifiable referral traffic, consultation inquiries, and customer-reported discovery separately. Self-reported mentions are useful context, not audited attribution or a promise of future performance.
